Generate Sample Templates

Use this form to generate sample upload templates that you can use to test the various upload functions for data types related to phenotyping / field trials. Once you've downloaded the templates, follow the phenotype upload instructions to test load the files on the sandbox.

Since new accessions and field trials need to have unique names, specify a unique prefix that will be prepended to their names to ensure that they are unique and don't already exist in the database.

The following upload templates will be created for two example trials, each consiting of three reps of ten accessions at two different locations:

Accessions (10 new accessions)
Locations (2 new locations)
Trials (2 RCBD trials with 3 reps, using the same 10 accessions)
Trait Observations (3 traits observed at both trial locations)
